To preface this rating, I’d like to say that besides the disappointing quality control issue they had with the faceplates, everything else about the figure is absolutely fantastic.

Ok, so here’s what’s wrong. Basically, the hole for 2 of the Figma faceplates (there are 3 expressions) is slanted, causing a non-perfect fit into the Figma neck joint. As a result, you basically end up with a slightly slanted face which causes the hair to not be able to fit 100% snugly. I even contacted Good Smile about it and they sent me replacements, but the exact same problem happened with my replacements. I even was given a new neck joint.
