The first thing I noticed when unpacking was the shear size of the box. This figure is quite massive (compared to the somewhat smaller 1/8 scale figures). The packaging team certainly deserves an A for effort, almost every individual limb/part was protected by a plastic foil, and the more fragile stuff were protected by bubble wrap.

However were it not for this excessive amount of packaging material, which required some disassembly to completely remove, it would have been impossible to construct the figure.
