Aquamarine's last hurrah. Conceptually it is a good characterization of Flandre to show that she appears innocent, ignorant, messily decorated in appearance, and a bit distant. A monster that has been kept away from the outside world, hence she eats cake with her hands with a blank, unapologetic stare. The face needs more blush.
The figure is loaded with little details, there are many complex pieces with carelessly draped ribbons and cloth folds everywhere. The ribbon in her hair weaves in and out of her bangs and it gives it a nice sense of depth. In person, the head seems a bit bigger than it should be.
