It comes with 8 small about 1 inch figures and you don't get a double. which is awesome! The paint job is excellent for such small figures and they each come with a base to stand on.

The only complaints is that there is a couple layers to get to the actual figures and all the figures of Umaru herself don't have a way so keep attached to the base but she doesn't fall off easily so it honestly isn't a problem.
