Short review:
- The clothes in the bag are not random. It comes with the items you see in the picture.
- Everything is elastic so it can fit up to US size medium. Except for the knit top which is best suited for US size small.

Long review:

Everything is super cute and great for both the spring and fall (and winter if you layer a bit), but if the contents aren't random, they should have added in the description, "this comes with everything you see" not "this 2018 lucky bag (fukubukuro)".
