This cooling cushion works amazingly well. I typically hug one side of the pillow, and when it gets to be slight warm, I flip it around and hug the other side. It is a fantastic pillow for the summer. Now, why is it only 4 stars? Well, since this is a review I have to be perfectly honest. At least mine feels the slightest bit prickly to the touch. Imagine feeling a man's 5 o clock shadow. I don't see any fibres falling out, but I can definitely feel some sticking out through the pillow. It doesn't bother me, though, but might bother others, so just a heads up!
