I wear this during the daytime to reduce stress on my eyes from light when outdoors and it works the same way as sunglasses except without the tints or color changes from other types of sunglasses and I definitely noticed how much less stress was on my eyes when I used it looking at any screens (tv, computer, cell phone) no matter the time of day. I wear it quite often and hope it can last a long time now!!
