The shipping and handling was great. After inspecting, the product was perfect for my sister! It was extremely soft and good size for cuddling with. It was bouncy and adorable. My sister was ecstatic and wouldn't let anyone touch it afterwards because it was so clean and white. She was so happy and now I want one too!
