This little bunny is small and easily fits in my hand as I sleep. I place it near my chest and hold it with one hand so that I can both hear and feel the steady heart beat sound. It helped me fall asleep faster than normal! I have a hard time sleeping all night but using this adorable item helped me go back to sleep. I definitely recommend it.
