I am 5ft tall (60 in exactly),
B-H-W: 110 to 120 cm-80 to 90 cm-110 to 120 cm (my meausrements fluxuate like crazy)

I bought the 3XL with some hope it could fit me because for the bust, I was hoping I could use Spanx to slim down my chest.

When I opened the package and put on the shirt, it fit so well. The chest of the long sleeved shirt did not push down and it was sewed with bullets for the chest to make the chest more prominent. The sleeve on my arm weren't tight at all so I was very pleased. I had to wear Spanx to flatten my belly but it looks so good that way.
