Jokes aside, slight colour gradients on the hair but nothing too monumental (it's air brushed a lot better in the TOM image, the actual figure doesn't have any air brush gradients on the front of the hair), it's not enough for me to dock stars away however, you can put a light in front of her to get that effect. It's the perfect desk toy. Just don't break it...
