I bought the Nemuriale for my toddler daughter to help calm her down at night, but I end up using it more than her. The rhythmic thumping sensation is so soothing. It always calms me down whenever I use it and I'm always ready for sleep when I'm done. Oh yeah; and the toddler loves it too.
