This was a gift for my wife and I ordered this little owl but had to return the first one because it did not work. If anything this could easily turn into a review over how awesome TOM's customer service is. The exchange process was quick and simple and we had a new little owl in about two weeks time. When we received the next one it worked perfectly. My wife loves her little owl friend, and is very careful with him. Worth the price, but make sure it works as soon as you receive it.
