The Monster Hunter series is an incredibly popular video game franchise that fans love for its intricate customization systems, multiple playstyles, and engaging fights with a variety of interesting and diverse monsters. Due to the popularity of the series, an impressive amount of merchandise based on its characters, monsters, and even its items have been made in recent years. While intricately designed figures of monsters are great for the avid Monster Hunter fan, a variety of other kinds of merchandise are available for fans on a stricter budget. Capcom x B-Side Label Monster Hunter Sticker Collection Vol. 4
This collection of eight different stickers include an incredibly wide selection of art styles and creatures from the Monster Hunter universe to choose from. These styles can range from cute and cartoony to detailed, traditional Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock print. Furthermore, creatures like Zinogre, Felynes, Poogie, and more are featured in this collection. The “Good” sticker is a picture of a cartoonish Rajang that gives the audience a thumbs up. The “Soaked” sticker is similar to “Good”, but features the Elder Dragon Namielle splashing around in the water. The next sticker, “So Many Pearlspring Macaques”, has a group of the adorable creatures huddling around in a hot spring. “Well-Done Steak” features a chibi drawing of the Monster Hunter staple item. The “Female Rimeguard Alpha” sticker changes things up a bit by using a more detailed art style that features a female hunter wearing a set of Rimeguard Alpha armor and saying “What do you hunt today”. Two other stickers, “Poogie” and “Felyne” use a similar art style and feature the respective creatures interacting with other hunters. The final sticker, “Japanese Style Zinogre” uses a rather striking art style that is reminiscent of traditional Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock prints. Each sticker is waterproof and has a special coating that protects it from UV damage.

Monster Hunter Rathalos & Rathian x Fugaku Ukiyo-e Noren/Tapestry
This unique piece of merchandise combines traditional Japanese art with the incredible monsters of Monster Hunter. Specifically, the background of this fabric divider is inspired by Hokusai’s Great Wave woodblock print while a red Rathalos and a green Rathian both make an appearance on each half of the piece. Both the Rathalos and the Rathian are recreated in the ukiyo-e style to make it seem like they are a part of the work itself. Although this piece of merchandise could simply be hung on a wall as a beautiful piece of art, it can also function as a noren (a curtain hung up on the entrance to a shop) as well. It is a great way to enjoy a piece of Monster Hunter in a more traditional Japanese style.

Monster Hunter: World Well-Done Steak Keychain
This accessory features an important recurring item from the Monster Hunter series, the Well-Done Steak. Although you can’t eat it to restore your stamina, this keychain looks like it was roasted perfectly. The lobster clasp on the keychain means that it can be hung in a variety of different places. One could put it on their backpack as a charm, place it in their room as a decoration, and so on. Despite this Well-Done Steak looking rather realistic, it is actually made with silicone, making it incredibly tough and durable. This keychain is a great way to subtly show one’s appreciation for the series.

About Monster Hunter
Monster Hunter is a very popular Japanese RPG game series that has players fight against incredibly deadly monsters in order to create better weapons and armor that lets them take on even deadlier monsters. The series is praised for its incredible depth and customizability when it comes to character creation, equipment, and playstyles. A variety of different weapons are available for a player to choose, and each one has a different set of abilities, perks, and drawbacks. Some weapons are known for their speed, while others are much slower, but pack a bigger punch. Every weapon is also fairly accessible, allowing players to choose nearly any weapon to start out with and master it as they continue to play. Of course, many fans enjoy the designs of the various monsters in the series as well. Each game has its own set of monsters, though some monsters like the Rathalos and the Rathian appear in many different entries. As a player continues to play the game, they will also learn about the various weak points of each monster, allowing their hunts to be even more efficient, which also gives the player a sense of progression and accomplishment.
