Ending Theme Announced for New Anime “Danganronpa”

Danganronpa Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei is a game that is gathering popularity through its gameplay, unusual world, and sharp design. Now, the time has come for an anime adaptation, and it has been a topic ever since the production was announced. The anime will start airing on July 4, and it is showing quite an uprise in the days leading up to this.

On June 18, the ending theme to the anime was finally announced. As the title, “Zetsubousei: Hero Chiryouyaku” might suggest, the song feels appropriate for the upcoming anime.

The song is written by the 21-year-old multi-creator immensely popular over the Internet, Suzumu. The artist who sings it is Soraru, who is popular as a Vocaloid singer. Thus, a powerful tag team was born.

Suzumu is active as a composer and arranger, and the videos related to him on the Internet were played more than 10 million times. Soraru, on the other hand, specializes in original Vocaloid songs and is known for his peculiar, deep voice.

For the occasion of the announcement of “Zetsubousei: Hero Chiryouyaku” as the ending theme, a commercial video using special animation was released. Its main attraction is Monokuma, the face of this anime, introducing the song. The deco character versions of Suzumu and Soraru also appear, and the video gets a full score in fun. With this, you can enjoy part of the program and its music before the television broadcast.
