“The Garden of Sinners” Talk Event Held! “Gospel in the Future” Posters Given to Attendees!

On July 13, The Garden of Sinners: Overlooking View 3D released. Although it was a small-scale open, all of the theaters screening the film are bustling and it has become a great success. The great popularity of the series has yet again been displayed.

In celebration and gratitude of the success of the film, a talk event was held at theaters throughout Japan from July 28-30. The work’s producer Hikaru Kondō and publicity producer Yūma Takahashi made appearances at the six theaters that released the film from Hokkaido in Northern Japan to Kyushu in Southern Japan. In just three days, they traveled approximately 3,200 kilometers.

On July 28, they first visited Dino Cinema in Sapporo and the T Joy Hakata theater. On the 29th, they visited Ufotable Cinema and Cine Libre Umeda. They finished the talk event on the 30th at 109 Cinemas Nagoya and Theater Shinjuku.

Those who attended the events were given a message poster drawn by the staff of The Garden of Sinners: Gospel in the Future which will release on Sept. 28. The specially drawn illustrations adorning the posters were created by Takashi Suhara who is in charge of the original pictures for Gospel in the Future, Mitsuru Obunai, and Shizuka Fujisaki who is the chief animation director of the simultaneously screening work Gospel in the Future: Extra Chorus. The posters are studded with a message expressing the various roles of the more than 40 staff members.
