The Kousaka household holds a family meeting. Regarding the relationship between Kyosuke and Kirino, who have been all too chummy lately, their mother, Yoshino, looks on with a distrustful eye. Kyosuke and Kirino frantically try to put her skepticism to rest, but their father, Daisuke, orders Kyosuke to live on his own to concentrate on his studies until he aces his trial exam.

Kyosuke and Kirino’s parents hold a family meeting to discuss their relationship, which has been suspiciously too good lately. Their parents question them about this, and Kyosuke and Kirino frantically deny their accusations. However, their father decides that Kyosuke will begin living by himself until he gets a good grade on his upcoming mock exam.
Living on his own for the first time, Kyosuke is visited by many girls. Kirino is first on the list, followed by her friend Ayase and his ex-girlfriend Kuroneko, who each have things they want to tell Kyosuke.
After they both show up at his apartment, Ayase and Kuroneko start butting heads. They both become annoyed with each other and a cat fight unfolds. Confused, Kyosuke tries to help calm the situation, but all it amounts to is Ayase and Kuroneko both vying for his attention. However, Kyosuke has his little sister, Kirino. Will anyone appear who can break the bond between these two siblings?
