Gemba Sara-chan

This is Gemba Sara-chan, the local mascot for Shiojiri City in Nagano Prefecture. This is a poster illustration for the "Gemba Matsuri", the local festival in Shiojiri. On top of Sara, I also drew other characters from Nagano. Feel free to check out my website → http://www.pmoa.co.jp/suwahime/
