What is Osomatsu-san?
*Osomatsu-san* is the TV anime based on the classic 1960s manga, Osomatsu-kun, created in honor of the original author Fujio Akatsuka’s 80th birthday. In Osomatsu-kun, the sextuplets were 10-year-old fifth grade elementary school students, but for Osomatsu-san they’ve grown up into wonderful (?) NEETs in their early 20s. The guys are overflowing with individuality but even their parents struggle to tell them apart, so this time their facial expressions and characteristic colours have been enhanced to help them express themselves as the story details the strange relationships among the brothers.
What are Art Masks?
There are around 100 Art Mask designs on offer from popular characters like Funassyi and Golgo 13 to animal patterns and traditional culture, and so far sales have reached 8.7 million. Their popularity is even growing overseas with the masks currently available in America, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, Mongolia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Korea as well as within Japan itself!
