The goddess of voice actresses, Nana Mizuki is back to save the day in the MV for “SUPER☆MAN” from her upcoming album “SMASHING ANTHEMS” (release date: November 11)!
Even though the song is titled “SUPER☆MAN”, Mizuki looks more like Wonder Woman as she makes her way through a retro disco wonderland and shows off several different looks as she models as an action figure inside a giant toy box. “SUPER☆MAN” is the theme song for the TBS show Tokyo Extra. Hopefully they will do an episode on voice actresses and have her as a guest (if they haven’t already)!
SMASHING ANTHEMS will be released in limited edition CD/Blu-ray and CD/DVD versions as well as a regular CD only version. The Blu-ray and DVD feature live footage from her LIVE ATTRACTION 2002 at Tokyo International Forum Hall C, LIVE SENSATION 2003 at Shibuya Public Hall, LIVE SPARK 2004 -summer- at Zepp Tokyo, LIVE ROCKET 2005?summer? at Yokohama Pacifico, as well as audio commentary from the photo shoot for the cover of the album. Additionally, the limited editions will be released in special packaging.
