℃-ute in MEXICO \o/

For the first coming in Mexico of a group from Hello! Project, ℃-ute had to come and make something which will stay in the memory of all the fans.
They arrived at Cancun for some shootings. What a place, they directly felt in love with the nice view of the beach and with the food.
They took the pose in front of a famous beach with a CANCUN mark.
Before leaving the place, they wanted to put at least a bit their feet in the blue water.
Maimi Yajima told me it was really beautiful, specially with the 2 nuances of blue, so it was a must for them to get a bitter in the sea.
Following this, they moved to another beach and took the pose again for UFL.
The weather was particulary hot but it was a nice feeling, beeing this close of the beach. The members were still a bit anxious before the live, because they wanted to speak as much as possible in Spanish by themselves and they hoped the fans would like their performance.
When the night arrived, they walked in a really entertaining area of Cancun with many entertaining and famous comics and movie characters.
After eating in a famous steack house place, the members, who arrived in the morning exhausted because of a long travel, came back to their hotel to have some rest to prepare a second day which will be definitely special in their life...
Second day in Cancun, the members visited a bit more the inside of Mexico and were happy to see how the culture difference in Mexico like the houses and cars. After many discoveries during the whole day, they came back to Cancun and took the pose at the rooftop of a building in Cancun for the medias and of course for UP-FRONT LINK!
It was finally time time to go to Mexico City, to prepare themselves at their live.
Arriving at Mexico, the members were looking everywhere, smiling at the people who crossed their way, enjoying the buildings, asking questions about the restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
But they did not have this much free time because they had to prepare themselves for a special talk show with the famous Mexican wrestler Mil Máscaras, with the MC Sakurai-san who already interviewed them several times and showed their MVs and video comments in several festivals all over the world.
Mil Máscaras is famous in Japan because he won several titles in this country as well. The Embassy of Japan was the co-organizer of this special event. There were no tickets left for this talk show, the public get them really fast as soon as they get available.
The public get in the hall quietly but there it was easy to feel some tension.
When they get seated, some of them prepared themselves with penlights and began to scream their joy of beeing here as soon as an introduction video of ℃-ute began.
On the same time, ℃-ute and Mil Máscaras took part at a private shooting for the medias in a park. When Mil Máscaras appeared in front of the members, everyone felt his special aura and charisma behind his mask.
After the shooting, they get to the backstage of the event's hall and get on stage few times after.
Sakurai-san asked them to come on stage and what an ovation first of all for Mil Máscaras! But when the group came and faced the public, it was really something.
Sakurai-san asked several questions about the Mexican and Japanese culture to the huge wrestler and also to the group,
Mil's answers were always funny with some advices to the young women.
They all appreciated the answers, it was like a senpai (senior) for them, even if their carrier are different.
At the end of the event, in the backstage, the members all agreed that they have been touched by Mil words and hoped he will come to one of their live in Japan. And because he came with a mask on which there was the Japan flag, they also asked him to design one with ℃-ute on it.
The first day in Mexico City ended and the members prepared themselves before the main event, their first live in this country.
September 19th, this day will stay in the memory of many fans.
Some of them came really early in the morning to be as close as possible of the stage and to be sure to buy many goodies. I talked with some of the fans and many came of course from Mexico but not only, some came from Bolivia, Peru, America, Brazil, Chile, Japan, etc.
There was like a special atmosphere, seeing all the fans singing and dancing altogether on ℃-ute's music, despite their language and culture difference. Every time I go to a foreign country, I love feeling people being reunited like this. ℃-ute like the other Hello! Project's groups have this special power with the fans.
There were families, young girls in cosplay, etc.
On the same time, in the live house SALA, the live's preparations get almost over: booth goods, rehearsal, cameras, etc.
The staff of the live house prepared the title of the live for the display outside, even with the "℃".
The people who owned a VIP ticket entered first the hall and jumped to the booth to buy the commemorative goodies.
Concerning the live, you can imagine it like a dream. SALA gets really fast totally full and it was hard to move. The fans prepared themselves by singing ℃-ute songs and just before ths show, they started a "Oleeeeeeeee Ole Ole ℃-ute, ℃-ute!" like in the soccer stadium.
The live from the beginning to the last second was just perfect. As soon as ℃-ute appeared on the stage, the fans get wild with joy. It was like ℃-ute and this public have always been together. Such a communication, such an interraction, such a performance... ℃-ute members gave more than their best while singing old but also recent songs, to make everyone happy. This kind of emotion can only be felt rarely in a whole life and the fans understood they were in front of real artists smiling and enjoying this unique performance.
From "Kanashiki Heaven" to "Massara Blue Jeans", from "Ookina de Aide Motenashite" to probably one of the most crazy moment with "Kiss me Aishiteru", how a live could bring such happiness?
The members also changed 3 times of costumes, from the most impressive dark ones to the sexy red ones, etc. The smallest detail has been fixed and the result was there.
Every second was special in everyone's heart and eyes.
When ℃-ute spole in Spanish, when they took the pose with the fans after a long and impressive Encore made of "Ole, Ole, Ole" and the public even made waves in the hall, something quite amazing in such a hall.
After more than 1h30 of a concert full of emotions, they finally thanked everyone through a nice letter and conclude with "JUMP (2012 Shinsei Naru Ver.)" for the last explosion of happiness and cuteness.
It was time for the lucky fans who bought the album to participate at the Worldwide Handshake Event with ℃-ute, another moment which had a huge impact on the fans.
I was outside, filming some comments of the fans and I saw so many fans crying, looking for their words, etc.
A daughter began crying in her mother arms, and it was beautiful. All the public who came to this magic moment will definitely never forget such a live.If you have the chance to see the video later on a DVD, you will understand that sometimes it is hard to express with words what can be lived during a live. ℃-ute left SALA to get some sleep before another busy day.
On Sunday, they began early with many interviews for Mexican and American medias.
Then just after, they left for walking a bit in Mexico City and discover a bit more this nice place.
They ate once again nice food from Mexico and bought some souvenirs. But because the time was running, they left to have some other media coverages and they get invited by the Ambassador of Japan in Mexico, Mister Yamada, for a special meeting!
He congratulated them for what they have done in Mexico and hoped they will come back soon again in Mexico and continue to spread the Japanese culture all over the world.Isn't it the best way to conclude this coming in Mexico?
So... thank you the fans, thank you ℃-ute for creating such an unforgettable memory, even as a staff, it was really something to take part in.
