The solo exhibit NI Portfolio for Noizi Ito, who is famous for her illustrations on the Haruhi Suzumiya novel series and Shakugan no Shana among others, is being held from July 30 (Wed.) to Aug. 11 (Tues.) at the Pixiv Zingaro gallery inside Nakano Broadway in Tokyo.
The exhibit celebrates Noizi Ito’s 15th anniversary as an illustrator, and displays include large visuals and collaboration illustrations as well as artwork created just for the exhibit and even more.
Limited merchandise is also for sale at the exhibit including item sets and hand-signed reproduction art prints.
Artwork created in collaboration with Tezuka Productions is also on display
The exhibit is the second in the Summer Illustrator Solo Exhibit Festival being held at Pixiv Zingaro for three weeks, from July 16 to Aug. 25.
In addition to illustrations created previously by Noizi Ito, other display items include exhibit works from Tezuka Productions’ traveling exhibit “Osamu Moet Moso” and visuals drawn specially for the 2014 Pixiv Festival.
A signing event will also take place on Aug. 9 (Sun.), Noizi Ito’s birthday, for those who purchase an event-exclusive “Noizi Ito Goods Set.”
On a featured page for the exhibit, Noizi Ito left the following message:
“I’m so happy that I’ve progressed to having my own exhibit this time. I’ve just reached the 15-year milestone since becoming an illustrator, and I’m grateful that I’ve been giving this chance by Pixiv and everyone who supports me. From here on too I want to continue concentrating and enjoy my character design and illustration work.
“I hope you continue to support me!”

How to Attend: Numbered priority tickets will be given to those who purchase a “Noizi Ito Goods Set” (6,000 yen including tax) at the special shop inside Noizi Ito’s solo exhibit NI Portfolio, the second in the Summer Illustrator Solo Exhibit Festival.
*Numbered tickets will be distributed beginning on the first day of the exhibit.
*Numbered tickets are limited and distribution will end once tickets run out. Please understand this beforehand.
*Please gather at the appointed time and place stated on each ticket. Attendees will be let into the signing at the appointed time.
