“Kuroko’s Basketball” Themed Deodorant is the Perfect Item for Summer Heat

The third season of the popular basketball TV anime series Kuroko’s Basketball began broadcasting in January. The series is also published in Weekly Shonen Jump. It’s popularity is also seen in related merchandise, among them being a new product perfect for the hot summer that has now been introduced. On sale now are deodorant sticks themed after the schools in the series. Orders are currently being accepted on Premium Bandai.

Six scents are available each themed after a school from Kuroko’s Basketball. There’s Seirin, Kaijo, Shutoku, Too, Yosen, and Rakuzan. The scents include a light, fruity scent based on the image color red for Seirin, which is the school main character Tetsuya Kuroko plays for, and a grapefruit scent based on the image color blue for Kaijo, the team Ryota Seki plays for. Each unique school is expressed wonderfully through the scents and designs.

The package of each deodorant features specially drawn artwork that closely resembles each character after a match. Also, depending on the store where it is purchased, the first 1,800 customers will receive a novelty present. Each deodorant costs ¥972 (tax included, shipping and handling separate). Orders are currently being taken on Bandai’s official shopping site, Premium Bandai.
