Announcing a room fragrance themed after the “Holy Grail” Rainbow Moon Chalice from author Naoko Takeuchi’s Sailor Moon, the new anime to which is currently available on Niconico Douga in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the anime and manga. Pre-orders began on Baindai’s official shopping site, Premium Bandai, on Dec. 17.
Also appearing in Sailor Moon S, the Rainbow Moon Chalice is an “object fused by the crystallization of a pure heart that raises all emotion to the highest level.” It is the ultimate item that allows whoever possesses it to rule the world as they please. The room fragrance themed after this impressive item seen in the scene where Sailor Moon is powered up retains the same size as its anime counterpart, about 15 centimeters tall, and it is highly detailed even down to its authentic weight created by using diecast metal in the base.
The image color of each of the Sailor Soldiers has been applied to the stones around the chalice as an expression of the bonds between them.
Open the lid, and there’s the Silver Crystal! Inside is a mini gel-type room fragrance. Keep the lid open and you’ll smell the faint fragrance of “Serenity Bouquet,” a blend of romantic floral notes and pure fruitiness.
This Rainbow Chalice room fragrance that elevates the mood of any room just by setting it down has the reasonable price of 5,184 yen (tax included, shipping separate) and will release in April 2015. Sales will end once quantities run out, so those who are sure they want one should act fact.
