Meet Steve Jobko, the Anime-style Feminization of Steve Jobs

Japanese people have a tendency to anthropomorphize various things as pretty girls. This time they've done it to the late, charismatic Apple CEO, Steve Jobs. The Steve Jobko T-shirt is now available for just 3,750 yen (tax included).

The shirt was produced by illustrator Choco, who has done design work for the Xenosaga series and Infinite Stratos. Jobko was originally a character that Choco drew for the fan-made magazine Chocolate Apple in 2011 to commemorate Jobs' passing. The illustration used for the T-shirt appeared on the cover of the magazine. Jobko is drawn in the quintessential Jobs pose, with her hand placed firmly on her chin.

Leaving essential characteristics of the real Jobs while still successfully feminizing him – this kind of attention to detail is something we can expect from only Japanese artists. In order to wear this around town, you’ll need to be very comfortable in your faith and love of Apple products, and Steve Jobs himself.
