Ella Bennett is a puppeteer who controls her puppets by eating hamburgers. He controls Buddy Daddy, a doll she can trust, and who is both a partner and a replacement of her father to her. Her husband was a counterfeiter who ran away one night. Still, she works alone at a gas station, and lives on with her two children. She wants to win the grand prize for school expenses for her kids, also aiming to get back at her husband through her active participation in the tournament.
