Starting with the internet sensation “Curry Bread Song” in 2003, the talent of successful Flash animator Rarecho has been reaching audiences around the world through anime such as “Yawaraka Sensha (Soft Tank)” and “Gakkatsu!” His latest project is a departure from the cute but cynical style of these works and is a return to his roots from before he began working with Flash. It has a style from that time used in countless prized illustrations drawn for fun as a personal hobby on oekaki internet boards. It’s a style that seems to calmly looks at innocent violence as one kind of natural phenomenon. It has a manner that is both comical and rough. In viewing this work, you can hopefully appreciate its relationship with regular anime. Involved in the remix are Tsuchika Nishimura, a leader among young manga artists, and successful VOCALOID songwriter ATOLS.
