FFIX - Zidane

I made Zidane’s outfit and wig with the intention of reproducing how they looked in Amano’s illustrations. The design is asymmetrical from left to right, the shoes have the appearance of being armor, and there are gradations everywhere in the pattern. I was troubled over how to get all this close to the illustrations.

Inside the ornament on his lapel are parts with smiling and laughing faces, and this calmed me while making it. I made the left dagger trying as much as I could to capture the design and coloring.
