The Second Kira

This is my cosplay of Misa Amane from Death Note. Honestly, she was not my favorite character from the series. I find her quite annoying sometimes, but I really admire her unconditional love and loyalty to Light Yagami. I also find her personality very amusing. She is really sweet, but she can be really dark at the same time.

I had a hard time with creating the pigtails of the wig. I eventually gave up on letting them defy gravity. It was also hard to make them look similar and of the same size. I also went through the trouble of trimming the front hair short and leaving the back part long.

I really had quite a hard time with this cosplay because Misa is really sexy and cute. It was hard to project and create the perfect expression. Still, I'm happy with the outcome of the photo. Thanks to the photographer, Mai Enero and to my friends who were with me during the shoot.
