21 Curry Soba Noodles

Japanese people have been adding the flavor of curry to pretty much everything. Only sushi has been able to escape the curry grasp. In fact, the idea that curry goes well with anything and everything - except for sushi - has almost become a religion in this country.

Snacks, croquettes, bread, fried rice, hot pot, and of course... soba noodles as well.

As a testament to the curry religion in Japan, curry soba has made its way into the menu of every soba noodle restaurant. Within a Japanese style broth that blends beautifully with a rich curry soup that is topped with green onions, chicken, and other Japanese ingredients, soba noodles makes it appearance as if everything was good and natural.
