04 Cold Tofu

“It’s hot, huh?” she said as she took out chilled tofu from the refrigerator and drizzled on soy sauce - her idea of cooking. To her liking, she mindlessly added on sesame seeds and 7-spice blend, minced green onions, and more - but toppings aren’t the main part of the dish. It’s because of its simple flavor and appearance that the only thing in question is the flavor of the tofu itself.
