A Present for a Junior Finalist in the Pokémon World Championships 2013! Pipe Cleaner Victini

The daughter of an acquaintance of mine was a runner up in the Junior Division of the Pokémon World Championships 2013 game tournament, so to celebrate, I made her her favorite Pokémon Victini out of pipe cleaners. ＾＾
She’ll be able to bring it with her on a hat at next year’s World Championships. （＾◇＾）
