Nenga 2014

I drew this for use as a New Year’s Card for this year.

In Japan, red and white are celebratory colors, but I tried to give this piece a whimsical look by using wintery colors for the background and yellow for her kimono. Just like last year, I drew elements like the kimono pattern by hand without any references.
