Mobile Suit Gundam Favorites Chosen in 40th Anniversary Poll!

Popular mecha franchise Mobile Suit Gundam has almost reached its 40th year since the broadcast of its first iconic entry in 1979. As part of the pre-celebrations for this huge milestone, NHK held an online poll to find out fans’ picks for four categories - best series, best Mobile suit, best characters, and best song. From Mar. 2 to Apr. 20, 1,740,280 votes were cast, and now the results are out!
