Salad is often a disappointing dining option but food stylist Moriyasu Misuki is out to change all that with her beautifully crafted creations which turn boring vegetables into delicious looking cakes.
Moriyasu’s “cakes” proved so popular that she eventually opened her own cafe dedicated to the art, Vegedeco, in Nagoya.
The cakes are pretty and fun to eat but more importantly, they’re healthy too as they’re all made with vegetable-based ingredients using very little sugar and cream cheese or tofu instead of icing.
Great for foodies on special diets, all of the cakes are gluten free and low carb!
