The full version of the Anime Mirai General Inc. Association iOS app Anime Mirai Plus 2: Wasurenagumo has been released! It lets users go through cuts from eight actual animations using frames and timing sheets, offering a lot of insight into the animation process. It adds to the free lite version for a total of 72 cuts.
■ Anime Mirai Plus 2: Wasurenagumo Lite Version
The free lite version includes one cut each for eight basic foundations including Running, Walking, Action, Effects, Everyday Drama, Emotional Drama, Turning Around, and Animals, Mecha & Props. The iPhone version of Anime Mirai Plus had 9,000 downloads, and in only one month, the lite version of Anime Miral Plus 2: Wasurenagumo (designed for the iPad) has been downloaded 1,800 times.
■ Anime Mirai Plus 2: Wasurenagumo Full Version
The full version adds cuts to the foundations included in the lite version, giving you the chance to compare different styles and meanings behind each of those. Running, for example, might mean someone being impatient, sprinting as fast as they can, or running with composure. Using this program you’ll see all of those, giving you a wide range of examples to reference and learn from!
■ Multilingual Support
*Anime Mirai Plus 2* has multilingual support for Japanese and English. This program isn’t just meant for Japanese animators. Animators from all over the world can study using the full version of Anime Mirai Plus 2: Wasurenagumo whenever and wherever.

■ Anime Mirai?
Anime Mirai was started in 2010 by Japan’s Agency for Cultural Affairs and is the nickname for the Young Animator Training Project. Its goal is to train talented young animators in the field by giving them the opportunity to get real-life experience by working on an actual anime at a Japanese animation studio.
