7 "Your Lie in April" Covers That Should Only Exist Inside Spring [Cover Collection]

Your Lie in April or Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso tugged at our heartstrings in a way few anime are able to do, and did so using more literal strings! It has been more than a year since the anime broke our hearts and made us bawl our way through winter and spring. If you’re like us and found yourself desperate for more of that beautiful music once more, relax and enjoy a few of these incredible covers by fellow fans! While the classical masterpieces used within the anime were beautiful, we decided to feature instrumental covers of the equally amazing opening and ending themes. Get your tissues ready!

First up is a stunning cover of the second ending, Orange by 7!!. This was appropriately done with a piano and violin.

In the next cover, the inspirational first ending (Kirameki by wavvi) is recreated with a gorgeous violin.

Let’s mix it up with another take on the 2nd ending in this incredible cover featuring an acoustic guitar.

The next video is a cover of the 2nd opening, Nanairo Symphony by Coalamode, and includes several layers of gorgeous viola covers!

The same song is slowed down in the following brilliant cover on piano. Be sure to check out the transparent piano and little figure that make an appearance, too!

In the next video, this talented violinist cosplays as Kaori Miyazono while performing a cover of the 1st opening, Hikaru Nara by Goose house!
