BE@RBRICKs and Klaus Haapaniemi for Isetan Mitsukoshi Christmas Charity Project

Isetan Mitsukoshi will launch its “Merry Green Christmas” campaign at 37 of the group's and related stores from Dec 4.

This campaign is being held for the 8th time. For the past seven times, a total of 165 million yen was donated to the Green Santa Foundation. The foundation uses the donation money to send gifts made of Japanese wood to children and to plant more trees.

The Bear Santa BE@RBRICK Strap (300 yen each, of which 100 yen is donated) will be sold again this year. 3 types will be available in the colors forest green, strawberry and mint green. Comes with earphone jack pin for smartphones.

The Wonder Christmas Charity Book (300 yen each, of which 100 yen is donated, only sold at selected stores), a story illustrated by Finland artist Klaus Haapaniemi, who also handled the illustrations for Isetan’s Christmas campaign, is also on sale.
