As a collaboration project with the social phenomenon that is Attack on Titan, Lotteria began selling a “10-Meter Class Titan Meal Set” on March 6 for a limited time.

Thinking, “Why don’t we too take up the challenge?” two gluttonous staff members from Kai-You triumphantly headed out to challenge the Titan meal.
Being that we are in Ikebukuro, which is famous for Otome Road and is a place where many anime fans gather, we kept our enthusiasm in check regarding the festivities taking place at Lotteria and we arrived at the closest Lotteria to the office, Lotteria Ikebukuro East.
But there wasn’t an especially long line like we were expecting; it felt like Lotteria on any given day. So we entered the store without delay!
We infiltrated Lotteria! But where’s the enemy?!
The Attack on Titan meal sets come in 5-meter (5 patties), 7-meter (7 patties), and 10-meter (10 patties) varieties and are priced at ￥2,000 each.
In all honestly, we would have been comfortable with the 7-meter class, but since we came all the way here, we both vowed to take on the 10-meter class, so we approached the register...!
We ordered our sets, but unfortunately had to order drinks separately since they aren’t included. Only large sodas would do for the squad taking on the Titan burgers!
The 10-meter class Titans appear!
After waiting about 10 minutes, the 10-meter class Titans finally appeared! They were each snugly wrapped in an original sleeve exclusive to the set.

With such height and weight, we began to falter before the attack had even begun…
A formidable enemy indeed
At any rate, us two starving soldiers set out to swiftly defeat these Titans, but they were so incredibly thick they were hard to eat!
The taste of the black pepper and cheese spread through our mouths, as did the oils and juices from the heaping stack of meat. We had to force it down, but it was delicious! We began fervorously digging in!
Though it started out good, it was considerably difficult to finish off by the end, even for us gluttons. The strongest enemy of the meal was the greasiness of it.
After about 10 minutes of silence and an intense fight against these 10-meter class Titans, we were somehow able to succeed in exterminating them (finishing every last morsel)!
From our know-how from exterminating these, the last bit is an intensely difficult fight, so it’s important to keep a clear and focused mind and don’t stop eating.
Next up is Sasha’s “Bucket of Potatoes”!
The set comes with two bonuses to choose from: the “sword-style knife keychain & rare cheeseburger coupon” and the “3D Maneuver Gear keychain & shrimp burger coupon.” 
A second part to this collaboration between Lotteria and Attack on Titan is also planned. The “Extra Large! Sasha’s Potato Girl Set” will begin being sold on March 20. The set is a “bucket of potatoes.” We may have to take up another challenge soon…!
