Bushimo Love Live! School Idol Festival Overseas Edition Distribution Notice.
Starting this spring, distribution will begin for the following versions: English, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean!
Bushiroad has teamed up with KLab and has announced distribution of overseas versions of the app Love Live! School Idol Festival. Love Live! School Idol Festival is a popular rhythm action and adventure game available on the smartphone service Bushimo.
■ Background to the Overseas Advancement
The TV anime Love Live! has been broadcast in North America, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and other Asian countries, and has picked up popularity in part due to a cast discussion that was held at Anime Festival Asia in September and November 2013 in Indonesia and Singapore, respectively. The solo concert “Love Live! μ‘s→ Next Love Live! 2014 - Endless Parade” to be held at the Saitama Super Arena on Feb. 8 and 9 will be simulcast abroad in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
A demo of Love Live! School Idol Festival was held by Bushiroad at the event Bushiroad Festival 2013 in Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and over 200 people enjoyed it on the first day. At the same time, many voiced their desire to have the game distributed in the country where they live. Due to the results of the demo, it has been decided to successively distribute the game overseas.
