“Ichiban Kuji Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo” (700 yen per entry) will begin later this month at Lawson, Family Mart, Circle K Sunkus, and bookstore locations throughout Japan! Shinji Ikari, Kaworu Nagisa, Rei Ayanami, Mari Illustrious Makinami, and Asuka Langley Shikinami have all become figures in this new Ichiban Kuji series!
This new series in the famous “no-lose character lottery” is based on the movie Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo. It features 20 prizes spanning nine categories plus a Last One prize. Fans are sure to go crazy over Prize A. Not only is Shinji being included in an Ichiban Kuji for the first time, he has finally been made into a figure. Prizes B-E are figures of other popular characters from the series wearing their new plugsuits from the movie. In addition, these plastic figures are extremely detailed and look gorgeous. Other prizes in this series’ stellar lineup include vignette figures of scenes straight from the movie and other products that overflow with the world of Evangelion.
● Prize A: Shinji Ikari Figure
Shinji is finally appearing in an Ichiban Kuji. Wearing his new plugsuit from Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo, Shinji’s hidden fieriness comes through in this figure’s stance.
● Prize B: Kaworu Nagisa Figure
This figure of the female fan favorite Kaworu reproduces him with his new hairstyle seen in the movie.
● Prize C: Rei Ayanami Figure
The mysterious air of the black-suited Rei Ayanami has been incorporated in this figure! A highlight is the different atmosphere this Rei exudes over the previous Rei.
● Prize D: Mari Illustrious Makinami Figure
Recreated in this figure are all the new components of Mari Illustrious Makinami from the movie, including her plugsuit and her glasses.
● Prize E: Asuka Langley Shikinami Figure
This Asuka Langley Shikinami also appears in her new plugsuit! The confident pose shows off her valiant nature.
