The official Toyota Sera itasha themed after the 2013 summer anime Hyperdimension Neptunia is currently on display at Ikebukuro’s Amlux Tokyo. The base car is the Toyota Sera sold in 1990 that was much talked about for its unique style. The car is greatly decorated with the logo of the anime and illustrations of the main character Neptunia.
Around the Hyperdimension Neptunia itasha, a not-for-sale, life-size Neptunia costume and panel are on display, as well as virtual itasha panels and a script autographed by the series’ voice actresses. Photographs of the script are prohibited. Fans can visit the display until July 14.
During the duration of this display, a Corolla Axio official itasha time rental is being carried out. From inside the car, you can hear the voice stars perform an original radio program, and everyone who test drives the car will receive a postcard as a present. Also, if more than two people take the test drive, they will receive a special sticker.
