Now, the second season, titled Haiyore! Nyaruko-san W, has begun broadcasting. Here is an excerpt from an interview with the cast, who has finished recording episode one.

This is your first time recording for for the series in quite a while. Could you tell us your thoughts of how the first recording went?
Eri Kitamura (voice of Yasaka Mahiro): Whether or not there was more excitement than when recording season one, enthusiasm overflowed during the recording [for this episode].

What kind of development do you want to see in your characters in season two?
Kana Asumi (voice of Nyaruko-san): In the midst of everyone being in love with Mahiro, I too am looking forward to how Nyaruko-san fights for him.

How has the second season been powered up over the first?
Miyu Matsuki (voice of Kuko): Each character’s personality comes out more. Even those who haven’t seen season one will enjoy it. I think that those who have watched the show since season one will really be able to see this in episode one.

Please tell us the charm of this series for those who haven’t seen it yet.
Asumi: The first episode does a good job explaining the show’s premise, so I think that if people see it, they will understand the show’s charm.
