“Amalka” Limited Time Section Set up in Kiddyland in Harajuku

On K-spot, the news space for the Harajuku store Kiddyland, news was announced regarding the idol among children in the Czech Republic, Amalka. As of Jan. 26, a section of the store containing Amalka goods has opened for a limited time.

Amalka is an animation that follows the character Amalka, who is a lovely forest fairy who has big eyes and long blonde hair and dances while she walks. The anime has been hugely popular in the Czech Republic since the 1970s, and children routinely watch it right before going to bed. The story of Amalka is light-hearted and comforting to many people, and it is the perfect bedtime anime.

The limited time Amalka section features DVDs of the anime being televised and diorama-like displays that pull customers into the world of Amalka. Stop by Kiddyland in Harajuku to experience this wonderful world while you can.
