This was my first time ordering from TOM, and as my first impression, I love it!! The figures came in pristine condition inside of a throughly decorated box. As my first order it came with extras, like some snacks, and a clear file folder. I would recommend this website to anyone who wants anything anime related, and simply for the fact that it is fantastic.
