Marmalade Boy Anniversary DVD Box Set Is Now on Sale
Marmalade Boy, the beloved manga that began in 1992, has just passed its 20th anniversary. In commemoration, an anniversary DVD box set was released on October 24th.
Marmalade boy is a much loved manga illustrated by Wataru Yoshizumi and serialized in the shoujo manga magazine, Ribon. The story follows Miki Koishikawa, whose world is turned upside down when her parents decide to divorce and swap partners with the Matsuura family Before she realizes it, she begins falling for the Matsuura family’s son. The manga went on to become an anime and a movie. Being popular among both children and adults, it even spurred the creation of a new genre called “trendy anime”. Even though it’s 20 years old, it still retains its popularity today.
