Anime Film Trailer: The Empire of Corpses

Three fiction novels by Japanese writer Satoshi Itoh, better known by his penname, Project Itoh, are receiving animated film adaptions very soon! One of these, his science fiction novel “Shisha no Teikoku (The Empire of Corpses)”, is to release on October 2, 2015! The story follows John Watson, a medical student who is scouted by the government to become a secret agent, in a world where corpses are brought back to life with infusions of false souls, to use as laborers for the sake of industrial development. The trailer also reveals that, like the other two films, this movie is to have a theme song by EGOIST, the famed band that produced songs for anime titles such as PSYCHO-PASS and Guilty Crown. With action, thrills, and good music, this film is definitely one to look forward to!
