Kirishima Haruto heads to Tokyo from his hometown of Hiroshima to see Eba Yuzuki who suddenly said goodbye and disappeared. There he meets Mishima Asuka, a girl who is strong-minded and self-conscious about her small breasts; Kazama Kyosuke, a guy who has long hair and likes girls; and Rin, Yuzuki's free-wheeling little sister. Each one of them meets, gets attached, breaks up, hurts, and gets hurt. The truth will be revealed as time goes by, and they will find out their true feelings.

"Kimi no Iru Machi" is a bittersweet adolescent love story set in Tokyo and Hiroshima that portrays boys and girls who continue to look for true love, struggle between friendship and love, and get tossed about by a cruel fate.
