Looks very promising, haven't played any of the games though =_=ll

The anime is supposedly based on the third Neptunia game that just recently came out called Hyper Neptunia Victory. The game series is silly and full of game industry parodies, so expect that kind of anime. The comedy of the HDN series was a nice break from all the "OMG SERIOUS BUSINESS" stories of most RPGs.
