Promotion Video: Bubuki Buranki | Original TV Anime January 2016

It was recently announced that SANZIGEN Animation Studio's 10th anniversary will be an original TV anime project in collaboration with Kadokawa: titled Bubuki Buranki. The anime starts broadcast in January 2016 domestically. Although details for the story has not yet been revealed, the official promotion video has been released by Kadokawa Anime. According to the trailer, the opening theme song will be performed by Konomi Suzuki while MYTH&ROID is performing the ending theme.

The anime is to be rendered in 3D CG, and this PV proves that it may be some of the smoothest CG we’ve seen in anime! After the PV introduces some of the main cast, the true highlight is delivered with dynamic action scenes and natural character expressions that really bring the level of CG used in TV anime up to a whole other level. After the success of Arpeggio of Blue Steel -Ars Nova-, it looks like we can keep our expectations high for this next work by Sanzigen.
